These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gadget-hub.net and the remote technical support services provided by ZK Tech Ltd ("Gadget Hub", "we", "us"). By booking a service you agree to these Terms.

Our services

Gadget Hub provides remote technical support, including smartphone support, Android support, iPhone support, laptop support, email setup and troubleshooting, data transfer assistance, device health checks and gaming console troubleshooting. All services are delivered remotely or as guided support. We sell no physical products and no shipping is involved.

We provide legitimate support only. We do not offer phone or network unlocking, IMEI modification or repair, FRP or iCloud bypass, account bypass, jailbreaking, console modding, or any service that breaches manufacturer terms or applicable law.

Booking and payment

Services are booked and paid for online in advance. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where stated. Payments will be processed securely through our payment provider (Mollie, once live). We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where we are unable to provide the service or where a request falls outside our permitted services, in which case you will be refunded.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and device information, to have the legal right to request support for the device concerned, and to back up your data before any session. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. You agree to be available for scheduled sessions and to provide the access reasonably needed for us to help you.

How remote sessions work

Where a session requires us to view or access your device, this is done only with your active consent using secure remote-support software, and you may end the session at any time. A stable internet connection and the relevant device are required. You should close confidential or sensitive material before a screen-sharing session begins.

Service delivery and status

Timeframes are estimates. Priority Same Day Support is subject to our support hours. Orders progress through three stages: Order Received, Under Process and Completed, and we will keep you updated.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. We are not liable for loss of data, indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Intellectual property

All website content and branding is owned by ZK Tech Ltd and may not be used without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
