Who we are

When you book a support service we collect the information needed to deliver it, including your name, email address, payment confirmation details, and the device and issue information you provide (such as device type, brand, model, operating system, a description of the issue and, where relevant, a serial number or IMEI). We also collect limited technical data such as your IP address and how you interact with our website.
During a remote support session we may, with your active permission, view your screen or temporarily access your device using secure third-party remote-support software. You remain in control throughout and can end the session at any time. We do not retain copies of your personal files.
How we use your information
We use your information to deliver the support you book, schedule and conduct your session, process payment confirmations, communicate with you about your order, provide customer care, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. When live, card and payment processing will be handled securely by Mollie, and your full card details are never stored on our systems. Your use of the payment provider is also subject to their own privacy terms.
Sharing your information
We share information only with trusted providers who help us operate, such as our ecommerce platform (Shopify), our payment provider (Mollie) and the remote-support software we use to deliver sessions, and where required by law. These providers are bound to protect your data.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability.
